Christos Rogatsios Partner
Christos joined the firm in 2005 and became a partner in 2012.
He specializes in shipping litigation and arbitration, focusing mainly on dispute resolution arising from bills of lading, charter parties, salvage, collisions, international trade contracts and debt recovery representing shipping companies, P&I clubs and insurance companies in negotiations, before courts and tribunals and in settlement proceedings. He is an expert in asset freezing, foreclosure and arrests, cargo escrow, enforcement of local and foreign judgments and release of detained assets. He also represents creditors in various bankruptcy proceedings.
Christos advises clients on contractual issues, handles drafts and negotiates contracts, including commercial agreements, shareholding agreements, management agreements, joint ventures and sale and purchase agreements.
