Evmorfia recently joined the firm, assisting in all aspects of ship financing transactions, incorporation of domestic and offshore companies, handling of post-closing matters and preparation of relevant documentation (Bibles).

Evmorfia holds a bachelor’s degree from the University College of London and prior to joining the firm she was a paralegal at an Athens based law firm.
